In outlook you get an error: Exchange is currently in recovery mode. You can either connect to your Exchange server using the network, work offline, or cancel this logon.
Solution:
1. Start Outlook and Select Connect
2. Go to Tools > Email Accounts
3. Select Change existing email account and click next
4. Select Microsoft Exchange Server account and click Change
5. Now click More Settings and click Advanced
6. Clear the Use Cached Exchange Mode check box, and then click Apply NB: Do not exit outlook when prompted
7. Now click Offline Folder Files Settings and select Disable Offline Use
8. Click Yes then OK then Next and finally Finish
9. Now Close Outlook and open it up again
10. Ones again Go to Tools > Email Accounts
11. Select Change existing email account and click Next
12. Select Microsoft Exchange Server account and click Change
13. Now click More Settings and click Advanced
14. Select the Use Cached Exchange Mode
15. And ones again Exit and restart Outlook
16. Ones again Go to Tools > Email Accounts
17. Select Change existing email account and click Next
18. Select Microsoft Exchange Server account and click Change
19. Click More Settings and then click General
20. Select Automatically Detect Connection State
21. And ones again Exit and restart Outlook
